2. Will the City Commission approve a contract promising not to consolidate our fire department with the County during the term of the contract?

THEY MIGHT TRY, BUT THEY WILL BE TAKEN TO COURT.

3. Will the City Commission implement a reduction in force to reduce spending in the FY 3008-2009 budget?

NO.

4. Will the City Commission insist that Commander Drossman be disciplined for causing the City to defend and then settle the recent false arrest case, or will he be forced to repay the City for its losses?

NO, BUT HE MAY BECOME ASSISTANT CHIEF.
